We have seen a lot of efforts in the impact space fail at implementation stage, despite being based on a sound product or service, or filling a real need — true for smaller as well as large organisations with decades of experience. Oftentimes this happens when the implementation plan or organisational practices are not well suited to the task at hand, or where there is a high degree of inefficiency and disorganisation.
We have deep expertise in system and process innovation as well as tech development. Our team brings 20+ years of technology leadership experience, including multiple CTO and co-founder roles, having built and scaled systems from early-stage concept through to production deployments. We have hands-on experience designing and delivering AI-powered platforms, cloud-native SaaS systems, and regulatory compliance tools, including in the impact and sustainability space. Crucially, we know how to translate complex technical decisions into business outcomes.
Our co-founders have 30+ ventures under their belts — not all of them successful, but often it is the failures that have been most useful for learning. Our previous ventures span consultancy, tech, fitness, marketing, agriculture, incubation and co-working, and a range of impact themes.
We bring deep business-building and capacity development expertise to startups that solve real world challenges.
